Directions
Add between 10% & 20% solvent (dependent upon surface and prevailing conditions) to first coat of sealer and stir well.
To remove scratches from sealed areas apply to rag and rub affected area well.

General Purpose Solvent
Solvent 399 is a general purpose xylene based solvent, designed to be used with our Base Coatings Solvent-based Sealers (excluding our '301'), to improve working time, aid in penetration of the sealers into the substrate and improve adhesion when re-coating.
Solvent 399 may also be used to repair damage to sealers by removing visible scratches and imperfections.
